What to include

A good report is specific.

To help review move faster, include:

the page URL or article title
what part of the content is problematic
why it may be inaccurate, harmful, or infringing
what correction, attribution, or removal you are requesting
supporting references if they exist

Submissions are reviewed in good faith, but not every report will lead to removal. The likely outcomes are clarification, correction, attribution updates, limited revision, or removal where necessary.
